By ordering any of our goods you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the return policy.
When you submit an order, your order represents an offer to us to purchase the goods. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.
If we accept your order, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you an e-mail or phone call (order confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the order confirmation.
All goods shown on our website are in stock and available to purchase unless sold in-store or through social media platforms before being taken off the site. If the item you purchased has sold before being taken off the site we will contact you as soon as possible.
All Goods will remain available for sale on our website until you have paid the balance in full.
We guarantee that every watch sold is 100% authentic and thoroughly checked by the Omerta TimePieces team and our experienced watchmakers. All watches are sold as watch-only condition unless specified with extra accessories such as box, papers, pamphlets, etc.
Returns
We want you to be happy with the watch you purchase. We offer a 3-day period when the watch was delivered where you may inspect the watch and if unsatisfied the buyer may ship it back. All returned watches must be in the same condition as they were initially shipped. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us to arrange a return. All of our watches are put through a rigorous inspection process before being added to our site to ensure authenticity as well as keeping accurate time. Please check the pictures and the description thoroughly as we try our best to describe each watch listed accurately.
The Omerta Time Pieces Warranty
We guarantee that all watches presented are 100% authentic and described to the best of our knowledge. Every watch is inspected for authenticity, to be in running condition, and guaranteed to be keeping accurate time before being shipped. Water resistance of vintage watches should be disregarded; we strongly suggest NOT submerging any watches in water as water damage is not covered under our warranty. We provide a full warranty with our goods, if your watch is not running within +-1 minute within the first 1 year of purchase we are glad to have it serviced for you by our finest watchmakers. We do not cover any damage that is done by the buyer when wearing a watch we sold, for example water damage and scratching the watch when worn. Almost all watches listed for sale are 20+ years old, their timing may be off by a couple of seconds which is expected. At Omerta TimePieces we take pride in our customer service if there are any issues with your order please email us and we will take care of them.
Payments & Shipping
We accept payments through bank wire, Zelle, and Cash App for US residents as well as most major credit cards (visa, amex, MasterCard, etc.)
If a bank wire is preferred, please contact us beforehand and we will reserve the item you wish to purchase.
We ship with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on item value and your location. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

FedEx next day is $60-$80 depending on location
FedEx 2-day shipping is $40

Please note that all watch shipments overseas will have customs fees upon arrival in your country. Any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. All wire payments must clear and be approved by the fraud detection team before being shipped. This process can take up to 3 business days. All orders will be shipped the next day after approval from the fraud protection team.
