Here we have a Rolex Datejust in two-tone yellow gold and stainless steel with a rare mocha brown dial. An iconic model designed by Hans Wilsdorf. The Datejust model was introduced in 1945 at the Swiss Watch Show, later known as Baselworld. This tritium mocha dial is one of the many different dial variations produced by Rolex and one of the least common ones seen on the market. The case size is 36mm which is the perfect men’s size watch—housing an automatic movement. Caseback sticker is still in tact. The Datejust model has a slim profile on the wrist with a pop of clean plexi crystal, this watch sits comfortably under any shirtsleeve. This watch comes with a two-tone D-link bracelet (AKA Heavy bracelet) which is more comfortable to wear for long periods. The case, bracelet, and bezel are all original and in overall good condition with some scratches from wear over the watch’s lifetime. Both the dial and crystal are free from any scratches or marks. All parts are original including the signed Rolex crown, dial, movement, and caseback. Both the dial and case are in great cosmetic, untouched condition. This watch keeps great time and is fully functioning.
