Here we have a Rolex Datejust in two-tone yellow gold and stainless steel with a matte champagne/eggshell color dial. An iconic model designed by Hans Wilsdorf. The Datejust model was introduced in 1945 at the Swiss Watch Show, later known as Baselworld. This matte eggshell color dial is an uncommon dial that draws just the right amount of attention, if you are looking for that daily wear two-tone this one is a great example. The case and bracelet are in great condition especially being from the 70’s. The case size is 36mm which is the perfect men’s size watch—housing an automatic movement. The Datejust model has a slim profile on the wrist with a pop of clean sapphire crystal, this watch sits comfortably under any shirtsleeve. This watch is a 305xxxx serial which dates to 1972.
The two-tone Jubilee bracelet has a timeless design that pairs excellently with the dial. This watch comes with a folded link bracelet which is the original matching bracelet to the watch. The case, bracelet, and bezel are all original and in overall good condition with some scratches from wear over the watch’s lifetime. Both the dial and crystal are free from any scratches or marks. All parts are original including the signed Rolex crown, dial, movement, and caseback. Both the dial and case are in great cosmetic, untouched condition. This watch keeps great time and is fully functioning.
